Latham & Watkins Advises R.R. Donnelley in US$1.25 Billion Financing

Latham & Watkins represented R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company, a leading provider of marketing, packaging, print, and supply chain solutions, in connection with a US$1.25 billion senior secured Term Loan B facility that closed on March 22, 2023. Affiliates of Apollo served as lead left arranger and administrative agent in connection with the financing.
