Latham & Watkins has advised the lenders on the successful refinancing of the existing term loan indebtedness and an additional capital raise to simultaneously fund an acquisition for Miss Group AB, a portfolio company of Perwyn Advisors UK Ltd.
Founded in 2014 in Stockholm, Miss Group has quickly grown to become a well-established operator in the Nordics, the Baltics, Spain, Switzerland, and the US, delivering digital solutions to SMEs. The company provides web solutions such as domains, web hosting, and virtual servers, leveraging its global sales team across key geographies.
