Firm Advises Underwriters in Peloton IPO

Peloton Interactive, Inc. has announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 40,000,000 shares of its Class A common stock at a public offering price of $29.00 per share. The shares began trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on September 26, 2019 under the ticker symbol "PTON."

Latham & Watkins represented the underwriters in the offering with a capital markets team led by New York partners Marc Jaffe and Ian Schuman, with New York associates John Slater and Claire Solimine.
