Latham Advises Virtual1 on Acquisition by TalkTalk Group

Latham & Watkins has advised Virtual1 Limited, one of the UK’s leading wholesale providers of software defined, high bandwidth, network services, on its acquisition by Tosca IoM Finco Limited – a holding company of TalkTalk Telecom Group Limited.

The combined business will benefit from Virtual1’s unrivalled automation, sophisticated API technology, and leading-edge portal experience, enabling TalkTalk Group to strengthen its wholesale platform offering.

The Latham team was led by London corporate partner Mike Turner, with associates Nick Fisher and Hadi Najem.
