Latham Advises Warburg Pincus on Life Sciences Joint Venture With Lendlease
Latham & Watkins has advised Warburg Pincus on its joint venture with Lendlease’s life science business in Asia. The joint venture will be used to launch a specialist real estate platform capitalizing on the growing life sciences sector in Asia Pacific.
