Latham Again Honored Among the Top Data Law Firms by GDR
For the second consecutive year, Global Data Review (GDR), the leading source of worldwide news and analysis on the use and trade of data, has named Latham & Watkins among its list of Elite data law firms as part of its annual GDR 100 report.
Alongside the ranking, the publication honored Latham data privacy partners Michael Rubin, Gail Crawford, and Tim Wybitul as leading individuals in recognition of their exceptional reputation in the market. GDR also recognized antitrust partners Hanno Kaiser, Michael Esser, David Little, and Jonathan Parker for their groundbreaking data protection experience.
The GDR 100 examines law firms’ privacy and data protection capabilities, as well as their experience advising on all aspects of data law – including data localization, B2B disputes about data acquisition and breach responsibility, antitrust, the use of IP, and confidentiality laws to protect proprietary data.
The Elite designation names “firms that consistently delivered top advice to multinational clients around the world.” GDR determines the list based on firms’ international presence and track record of handling significant matters for household clients.
