Latham Among Best Places to Work for LGBTQ+ Equality

Latham & Watkins was honored to receive a score of 95 out of 100 on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s 2023–2024 Corporate Equality Index (CEI), “the nation’s foremost benchmarking survey and report measuring corporate policies and practices related to LGBTQ+ workplace equality.”

The CEI recognizes those companies that have adopted LGBTQ+ inclusive policies, practices, and benefits, that help to foster a culture of diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
