Michèle Penzer, New York partner and Global Recruiting Committee Chair at Latham & Watkins, and Miriam Ingber, Associate Dean of Admissions & Financial Aid at Yale Law School, have been shortlisted for Corporate Counsel’s prestigious 2024 Women, Influence & Power in Law Awards in the Law Firm Collaborative Leadership category.

The recognition highlights their exceptional collaborative leadership in launching the Yale Law School Launchpad Scholars Program, powered by Latham & Watkins. The program is a groundbreaking initiative designed to make law school more accessible to aspiring lawyers from underrepresented communities. By providing comprehensive support, including LSAT preparation, mentorship, and financial assistance, the program aims to break down barriers and empower future leaders in the legal profession.
