Latham Named Among Best Law Firms for Women
For the 13th year in a row, Seramount, formerly Working Mother Media, has named Latham to its annual Best Law Firms for Women report, which commends US law firms that use “best practices in recruiting, retaining, promoting, and developing women lawyers.” Criteria for making the list include the percentage of female lawyers, mentorship programs, and succession planning at the firm. Latham also maintained its spot in the company’s Hall of Fame, which honors firms that have been on the list for at least 10 years. Latham is one of only 10 law firms to have achieved such longstanding recognition.
