Latham Partner and Associate Named to Black Women in Asset Management’s 40 Under 40 List
London partner Linzi Thomas and Washington, D.C. associate Jennifer Kent have been named to Black Women in Asset Management’s 40 Under 40 list of Black Women Shaping the Future of Asset Management. The first-of-its-kind list honors rising Black women who are achieving great success in their careers and “inspiring change through their leadership and dedication to making a difference.”
Thomas advises clients on complex cross-border private equity and M&A transactions — drawing on a decade of experience acting for large private equity houses on their most significant deals.
Kent represents private equity sponsors and company borrowers in secured lending and other financing transactions, and has extensive experience with complex cross-border financings in the asset management industry.
Both Thomas and Kent were recognized as “innovative professionals under the age of 40 who have shown leadership and demonstrated strong achievements in their careers,” and were praised for their community efforts and public service in addition to their accomplishments to date in the legal industry.
