Latham Partners Named Among Hollywood’s Top 100 Attorneys

Latham partners Justin Hamill and Rick Offsay have been named “Power Lawyers” by The Hollywood Reporter in the entertainment trade publication’s annual list of “Hollywood’s Top 100 Attorneys.”

Hamill, Global Chair of Latham’s Mergers & Acquisitions Practice, was recognized for advising longtime client Endeavor, a global sports and entertainment company, in its US$25 billion take-private acquisition by Silver Lake, which the publication called “a bona fide blockbuster” deal.

Offsay, Co-Chair of the firm’s Entertainment, Sports & Media Practice, was spotlighted for his industry-leading work on complex transactions for a variety of influential entertainment companies, including Media Res, Skydance, Mediawan, Endeavor, and Silver Lake.
