Latham & Watkins has been honored in the Restructuring Deal of the Year category at the IFLR Middle East Awards 2019. The annual awards celebrate legal innovation across the “most influential corporate finance deals” in the Middle East.

Latham advised Dana Gas PJSC, the Middle East's largest private sector natural gas company, on the complex restructuring of its US$850 million Trust Certificates due 2017.
