Latham Represents O-I Glass, Inc. in US$300 Million and €500 Million Senior Notes Offerings and Tender Offer for Outstanding Senior Notes
Owens-Brockway Glass Container Inc., an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of O-I Glass, Inc., has closed its private offering of US$300 million aggregate principal amount of its 7.375% senior notes due 2032 at par. In addition, OI European Group B.V., an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of O-I Glass, Inc. (OIEG), has closed a private offering of €500 million aggregate principal amount of its 5.250% senior notes due 2029 at par, which represents an increase of €100 million from the previously announced aggregate offering size. OIEG also completed a tender offer for approximately €323 million aggregate principal amount of its 2.875% Senior Notes due 2025.
