Latham Represents Private Credit Funds in Financing for H.I.G. Capital and Thoma Bravo’s Acquisition of CompTIA Brand and Products

H.I.G. Capital (H.I.G.) and Thoma Bravo have announced the signing of a definitive agreement to acquire the brand and world-leading information technology (IT) certification and training business and products of the Computing Technology Industry Association (CompTIA), a global leading IT certification and training body.

Latham & Watkins LLP represented the private credit funds in a financing to support the transaction with a banking team led by New York partners Stelios Saffos, Peter Sluka, Michael Waldman, Alfred Xue, and Nicole Fanjul, with associates Katherine Page, Carlos Ibarguengoitia, Helen Liu, and Michaela Bolden.
