Latham & Watkins was recognized for its role as legal adviser to the Joint Lead Managers, including Citi, HSBC, Morgan Stanley, and SNB Capital, in Saudi Aramco Base Oil Company – Luberef's SAR4.95 billion initial public offering (IPO), which was named International Equity Capital Markets Deal of the Year at the Capital Markets & ESG Finance Saudi Arabia Awards 2024.
