Latham & Watkins LLP1 is pleased to announce that Pedro Rufino Carvalho has joined the firm’s London office as a partner in the Project Development & Finance and Latin America Practices. “We are thrilled to welcome Pedro to the firm,” said Stephen Kensell, Office Managing Partner of Latham & Watkins in London. “His broad energy and infrastructure expertise, combined with his formidable knowledge of Latin America and emerging economies, are a strong complement to the firm’s existing strengths in several key markets.”
