Latham & Watkins Advises Adventist Health in Acquisition of California Central Coast Hospitals

Adventist Health has announced it signed definitive agreements to purchase from Tenet Healthcare, Sierra Vista Regional Medical Center, and Twin Cities Community Hospital located on the Central California Coast, together with certain assets of the related physician practices and imaging centers.

Latham & Watkins advised Adventist Health in the acquisition, with a corporate team lead by Century City partner Brian Duff, with associate Dylan Towns.
