Latham & Watkins Advises Arcline in US$1.8 Billion Acquisition of Kaman
Kaman Corp. (NYSE:KAMN) has announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by Arcline Investment Management, L.P., a growth-oriented private equity firm with deep experience investing in technology-driven, meaningful-to-the-world industrial businesses, in an all-cash transaction with a total enterprise value of approximately US$1.8 billion. Upon completion of the transaction, Kaman, which imagines and delivers highly engineered aerospace and defense, medical, and industrial solutions to diverse markets worldwide, will become a privately held company.
