Latham & Watkins Advises Arrow Electronics, Inc., in US$500 Million Note Offering

Latham & Watkins represented Arrow Electronics, Inc., a technology solutions company, in a public offering of US$500 million of 5.875% notes due 2034. Arrow used the proceeds from the offering to redeem all of Arrow's 6.125% notes due 2026. The notes were rated Baa3 by Moody’s, BBB- by S&P Global, and BBB- by Fitch.
