Latham & Watkins Advises Blue Road Capital in Acquisition of NatureSweet

Blue Road Capital, an independent investment firm with a focus in the agricultural sector, has acquired NatureSweet, a leading grower and distributor of snacking tomatoes and other vegetables, from Silver Ventures. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Latham & Watkins LLP represented Blue Road Capital in the transaction with a corporate deal team led by partner David Allinson, with counsel Richard Quay and associates Natasha Burnett, Miles Gilhuly, and Jordan Wampler. Advice was also provided on tax matters by partner Matthew Dewitz, with associate Ted Gkoo, and on financing matters by partners Jeffrey Chenard and Benjamin Berman, with associates Marie Greenman, Chen Tang, Patrick Dittmer, and Katie Inglis.
