Latham & Watkins Advises Bregal Unternehmerkapital on Sale of EA Elektro-Automatik
Latham & Watkins LLP has advised Bregal Unternehmerkapital on the sale of EA Elektro-Automatik Holding GmbH, a leading supplier of high-power electronic test solutions for energy storage, mobility, hydrogen, and renewable energy applications to the US-based Fortive Corporation. The transaction is based on an enterprise value of €1.585 billion. The consummation of the transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals and is expected for early first quarter of 2024.
