Latham & Watkins Advises Bridge Investment Group on Continuation Fund Formation and Secondary Acquisition of Real Estate Assets Portfolio

Bridge Investment Group Holdings Inc. (NYSE: BRDG) (Bridge) has announced that Bridge Multifamily Fund III has agreed to sell a portfolio of real estate assets to Bridge Multifamily CV LP (the Continuation Fund) in a transaction valued at approximately US$550 million, including equity raised by the Continuation Fund to support further investment in the portfolio of real estate assets.

Latham & Watkins LLP advised Bridge Investment Group on the formation of Bridge Multifamily CV LP and a GP-led secondary acquisition of a portfolio of real estate assets held by Bridge Multifamily Fund III with a corporate deal team led by New York partner John Kelley, with associates Syed Madani, Jennifer Wong, Trevor Kim, Byung Hoon (Patrick) Choi, and Alex Liscio, and a real estate team led by San Diego counsel Achraf Farraj. Advice was also provided on tax matters by New York partner Gregory Hannibal, with associates Arash Lotfi and Nolon Blaylock; on investment funds regulatory matters by Washington, D.C. partner Aaron Gilbride, with associate Brian Thompson; on insurance matters by Los Angeles partner Drew Levin, with associate Hannah Cary; and on ERISA matters by Boston partner Josh Friedman.
