Latham & Watkins Advises Broadcom Inc. in US$10 Billion Private Senior Notes Offering and Debt Tender Offers
Broadcom Inc. has announced that it has priced its previously announced offering of US$750 million of 1.95% Senior Notes due 2028, US$2.75 billion of 2.45% Senior Notes due 2031, US$1.75 billion of 2.6% Senior Notes due 2033, US$3 billion of 3.5% Senior Notes due 2041, and US$1.75 billion of 3.75% Senior Notes due 2051. Broadcom intends to use the net proceeds from the sale of the notes to repay certain of its existing indebtedness, including funding the purchase price of the previously announced cash tender offers for certain of its outstanding bonds.
