Multidisciplinary team represents the iconic television cast in the merchandise agreement.
The cast of the iconic television show Friends have concluded an agreement in connection with a line of collectible merchandise associated with the 25th anniversary Friends Reunion special on HBOMax.
Latham & Watkins LLP represented the cast members with an Entertainment, Sports & Media team led by Century City partner Jonathan West. Advice was also provided on intellectual property matters by Bay Area partners Andy Gass and Joe Wetzel and San Diego partner Jen Barry; on tax and charitable giving matters by Boston partner Brian McManus with associate Darcee Case.
