Latham & Watkins Advises Chequers Capital on Acquisition of Nayak-LM
Latham & Watkins has advised private equity firm Chequers Capital on the acquisition of Nayak-LM, including acquisition financing and tax structuring, alongside the owners of aircraft service provider Nayak-LM GmbH and its subsidiaries, notably the Munich-based family office SFO. Nayak Aircraft Services is a leading independent European aircraft safety and line maintenance provider. Closing is subject to regulatory approval and expected to take place in Q1 2024.
