Latham & Watkins Advises CoStar Group on Acquisition of Residential Listing Site Homes.com

CoStar Group, Inc., the leading provider of commercial real estate information, analytics, and online marketplaces, announced that it has reached a definitive agreement to acquire Homes.com, a division of Dominion Enterprises, for US$156 million in cash.
