Latham & Watkins Advises CVC and Domestic & General on £800 Million (Equivalent) Term Loan B and Bond Offering
Latham & Watkins has advised CVC and its portfolio company Domestic & General, a leading provider of subscription-based insurance and non-insurance protection products for household appliances, consumer electronics, heating, and related products, on a syndicated €545 million term loan B, £165 million multi-currency revolving credit facility, and a £350 million senior secured notes offering to refinance existing senior secured indebtedness.
