Dbt Labs has announced that it has raised US$150 million in a Series C financing bringing its valuation to US$1.5 billion. The Philadelphia, PA-based company helps analysts create and disseminate organizational knowledge.
Latham & Watkins advises dbt Labs in the financing with an emerging companies deal team led by Bay Area partner Ben Potter and Boston associate Peter Prial, with Bay Area associate Derek Berry. Advice was also provided on data privacy matters by Bay Area partner Michelle Gross; and on benefits and compensation matters by Bay Area partner Ashley Wagner.
