Discord has announced that it has raised US$100 million in a Series H round, bringing its total valuation to US$7 billion.

Latham & Watkins LLP represents Discord in the funding round with an emerging companies team led by Bay Area partner Ben Potter, with associates Michael Podolny, Madelyn Tarr and Adam Zuckerman.
