Latham & Watkins Advises DTCP on Investment in Data Center Developer Atlantic Hub
Latham & Watkins LLP has advised Digital Transformation Capital Partners (DTCP) on becoming the primary investor in Atlantic Hub. DTCP is a leading specialist investment management firm focused on digital transformation. This investment enhances DTCP’s existing European digital infrastructure portfolio.
Established in 2018, Atlantic Hub is a large-scale campus data center developer with campuses across Ireland. The company recently received planning permission for its Derry campus, which represents one of the largest infrastructure developments in the region, and Northern Ireland’s first large scale data center campus. Additionally, work is also progressing on a ‘twin’ campus site in County Donegal, Ireland. Atlantic Hub plans to develop state-of-the-art facilities, which will provide up to 170MW of data center capacity to meet growing demand for high-performance cloud computing and AI for hyperscalers.
Latham & Watkins recently advised DTCP on its investment in a German data center operator.
