Emerging Companies & Growth team represented the music financing platform in the equity financing.
Duetti, a music platform democratizing catalog monetization for independent artists, has announced it has raised new funding via an equity financing led by Flexpoint Ford, along with participation from existing investors Nyca Partners and Viola Ventures.
Latham & Watkins has represented Duetti since formation, and in this equity financing with an Emerging Companies & Growth team led by Bay Area partner Michael Podolny, with associates Kojo Hayward,* Aubrey Thompson, and Kayleigh Kuyon.
