Latham & Watkins Advises Flos B&B Italia on the Offering of €550 Million Senior Secured Notes

Latham & Watkins has advised Flos B&B Italia S.p.A. — a portfolio company of The Carlyle Group and Investindustrial — on yet another successful issuance of senior secured notes, which was upsized at pricing supported by strong demand from investors, as well as on the upsize of its revolving credit facility.
