Latham & Watkins Advises Garden in Acquisition by Incredibuild

Incredibuild, a leading provider of acceleration technology for software development, has announced the acquisition of Garden, a pioneer in DevOps pipeline acceleration solutions. The integration of Garden's technology into Incredibuild's platform will provide customers with seamless, swift, automated software delivery, from development to production.

Latham & Watkins LLP represented Garden in the transaction with a corporate deal team led by New York partner Peyton Worley and Century City partner Brian Duff, with associates Evan Kirsch, Alex Bernstein, and Daphne Lambadariou.
