Latham & Watkins Advises Innovid in Acquisition by Mediaocean

Innovid (NYSE:CTV), an independent software platform for the creation, delivery, measurement, and optimization of advertising, has announced it has entered into a definitive agreement pursuant to which Mediaocean will acquire Innovid. As part of the deal, Innovid will merge with Mediaocean’s Flashtalking to create a premier global, independent, omnichannel ad tech platform.
