Latham & Watkins Advises Neos Partners in US$1.37 Billion Fund Formation

Investment Funds team represented Neos on its second fund focused on investing in the energy transition and critical infrastructure sectors.
Neos Partners (Neos), an investment firm focused on second order investing in the energy transition and critical infrastructure sectors, announced the closing of Neos Partners II (Fund II) with US$1.37 billion of commitments. Neos also closed a US$350 million committed co-investment vehicle alongside Fund II, bringing total capital raised to US$1.7 billion.
Latham & Watkins LLP represented Neos in the formation of both Fund II and the committed co-investment vehicle with an Investment Funds team led by partner Nadia Sager, with associate David Moore. Advice was also provided by counsel Amber Franklin, with associates Giannina Marciano, Shreya Patel, and Ryan Kazemaini.
