Latham & Watkins Advises Neuberger Berman Alternatives in Acquisition of Significant Minority Stake in Entrust Solutions Group
Neuberger Berman, a private, independent, employee-owned investment manager, has announced that Neuberger Berman Alternatives has agreed to acquire a significant minority stake in ENTRUST Solutions Group. Neuberger Berman Alternatives will join existing investor Kohlberg & Company, a leading private equity firm based in Mount Kisco, NY, who will retain a majority stake in ENTRUST.
Latham & Watkins LLP advised Neuberger Berman in the transaction with a corporate team led by New York partners Stelios Saffos, Peter Sluka, and Andrew Blumenthal, and Century City partner Jordan Miller, with Boston associate Naomi Smith, and Los Angeles associate Ariel Gershoig.
