Latham & Watkins Advises Neuberger Berman in Acquisition of Minority Stake in Colibri Group
Neuberger Berman, a private, independent, employee-owned investment manager, has announced that funds advised by Neuberger Berman have acquired a minority stake in Colibri Group (Colibri). Neuberger Berman joins existing investor Gridiron Capital, a leading private equity firm based in New Canaan, CT, which will retain a majority stake in Colibri.
Latham & Watkins LLP advised Neuberger Berman in the transaction with a corporate deal team led by New York partner Stelios Saffos, Century City partner Jordan Miller, and New York partners Peter Sluka and Andrew Blumenthal, with associates Daniel Glavin, Ian Lachow, Erin Gilgen, and Emma Gilmore.
