Latham & Watkins Advises Nobell Foods in US$75 Million Series B Financing
Nobell Foods, a company dedicated to making cheese from plant-derived dairy proteins, has announced that is has raised US$75 million in its Series B funding round, raising a total of US$100 million to date.
Latham & Watkins LLP represented Nobell Foods in the transaction with an emerging companies deal team led by Bay Area partner Ben Potter, with associates Madelyn Tarr and Tulin Gurer. Advice was also provided on CFIUS matters by Washington, D.C. partner Jim Barker.
