Latham & Watkins Advises on Addus HomeCare’s US$176 Million Public Offering
Addus HomeCare Corporation (Nasdaq: ADUS) (the Company), a provider of home care services, has announced the closing of an underwritten public offering of 1,725,000 shares of its common stock, including 225,000 shares of common stock sold pursuant to the exercise in full by the underwriters of their option to purchase additional shares, at a public offering price of US$108.00 per share. The net proceeds to the Company from the offering, after deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses, were approximately US$176 million.
