Latham & Watkins Advises on Adler Pelzer’s €400 Million Bond Offering
Latham & Watkins has advised the pool of initial purchasers led by BNP Paribas and Barclays and also composed by Banca Akros—Gruppo Banco BPM, Deutsche Bank, and UniCredit on the issuance of €400 million aggregate principal amount of senior secured fixed rate notes due 2027, by Adler Pelzer Holding GmbH.
The notes, issued pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S of the US Securities Act, will be listed on the Global Exchange Market of Euronext Dublin. The proceeds of the notes were used to redeem the company’s existing senior secured notes due 2024.
