Latham & Watkins Advises on Cogent Communications Holdings, Inc.’s US$300 Million Senior Notes Offering
Cogent Communications Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ:CCOI) (Cogent), a leading internet service provider with operations in 53 countries across North America, Europe, Asia, South America, Oceania, and Africa, has announced that its wholly owned subsidiaries, Cogent Communications Group, LLC and Cogent Finance, Inc., have priced a private offering of US$300 million in aggregate principal amount of 7.000% senior notes due 2027 (the Notes). The Notes are being sold in a private offering pursuant to one or more available exemptions from the registration requirements of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended. The offering is expected to close on June 11, 2024, subject to customary closing conditions.
