Latham & Watkins Advises on Coronado’s US$400 Million Senior Secured Notes Offering

Multidisciplinary team represents the initial purchasers in the offering by the producer of metallurgical coal and supplier to the steel industry.

On October 2, 2024, Coronado Global Resources Inc. (ASX: CRN), a leading producer of metallurgical coal and supplier to the steel industry, closed an offering by its wholly owned subsidiary, Coronado Finance Pty Ltd (the Issuer), of US$400 million aggregate principal amount of 9.250% senior secured notes due 2029.
