Latham & Watkins Advises on Eastern Energy Gas Holdings, LLC’s US$1.2 Billion Senior Notes Offering
Eastern Energy Gas Holdings, an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway Energy Company and a US regulated gas and electricity generation, distribution, transmission, storage, and gathering company headquartered in Virginia, has issued US$700,000,000 aggregate principal amount of its 2025 Series A 5.800% Senior Notes due 2035 and US$500,000,000 aggregate principal amount of its 2025 Series B 6.200% Senior Notes due 2055.
