Latham & Watkins Advises on Eastern Energy Gas Holdings, LLC’s US$900 Million Senior Notes Offering
Eastern Energy Gas Holdings, an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway Energy Company and a US regulated gas and electricity generation, distribution, transmission, storage, and gathering company headquartered in Virginia issued US$900 million aggregate principal amount of its 2024 Series A 5.650% Senior Notes due 2054.
