Latham & Watkins Advises on Financing for BlueCat’s Acquisition of LiveAction From Insight Partners

BlueCat Networks, a leading provider of mission-critical network infrastructure management, automation, and security solutions, has announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire LiveAction, Inc., a global provider of network observability and intelligence solutions, from software investor Insight Partners. Insight Partners remains a minority investor and continues to support the combined company's growth.
