Latham & Watkins Advises on Insight Enterprises, Inc.’s US$500 Million Senior Notes Offering

Insight Enterprises, Inc. (NASDAQ: NSIT), a global Fortune 500 Solutions Integrator helping accelerate transformation by unlocking the power of people and technology, has announced that it has priced US$500 million aggregate principal amount of 6.625% senior notes due 2032. The Company expects to use the net proceeds of the offering to repay a portion of the outstanding borrowings under its senior secured revolving credit facility due 2027 and, to the extent of any remaining net proceeds, for general corporate purposes. The sale of the notes is expected to close on May 20, 2024, subject to customary closing conditions.
