Latham & Watkins Advises on Light & Wonder’s Private Offering of US$550 Million of Senior Unsecured Notes

Light & Wonder, Inc. (NASDAQ and ASX: LNW) has announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Light and Wonder International, Inc., has priced US$550.0 million in aggregate principal amount of 7.500% senior unsecured notes due 2031, at an issue price of 100.000%, in a previously announced private offering.
Latham & Watkins LLP advised the issuer in the offering with a capital markets team led by New York partners Marc Jaffe and Senet Bischoff, with associates Katie Lovejoy, Sofia Sitterson and Stephanie Niamonitakis. Additional advice was provided on tax matters by New York partner Jiyeon Lee-Lim, with associate Aaron Bernstein.
