Firm represents the initial purchasers in the offering by the Berkshire Hathaway energy company.
Northern Natural Gas Company, a Berkshire Hathaway Energy Company, has issued US$500 million 5.625% Senior Bonds due 2054.
Latham & Watkins LLP represented the initial purchasers in the offering with a team led by partner Erika Weinberg and of counsel Jonathan Rod, with associates Sofia Sitterson and Katie Byun.
