Latham & Watkins Advises on Pebblebrook Hotel, L.P.’s and PEB Finance Corp.’s US$400 Million Senior Notes Offering

On October 3, 2024, Pebblebrook Hotel, L.P. and PEB Finance Corp. closed an offering of US$400 million 6.375% Senior Notes due 2029 in a private offering under Rule 144A and Regulation S of the Securities Act of 1933 to eligible purchasers.

Latham & Watkins represented the initial purchasers in the offering with a corporate team led by New York partner Michael Benjamin and Century City partner Brent Epstein, with associates Robyn Sablove and Rachel Moore.
