Latham & Watkins Advises on the Transfer of LimaCorporate From EQT to Enovis

Latham & Watkins has advised EQT Private Equity in the sale of LimaCorporate S.p.A. to Enovis™ Corporation, an innovation-driven, medical technology growth company. Lima is a privately held global orthopedic leader focused on restoring motion through an innovative portfolio of implant solutions. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals and is expected to close in early 2024.
